This course introduces the concept of measurement uncertainty and its importance in ensuring reliable and compliant laboratory results. Participants will learn how uncertainty estimation supports compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and WHO GPPQCL (TRS 1052) requirements. The training begins with an overview of measurement uncertainty and its key terms, followed by a detailed session on the process of estimating uncertainty in testing laboratories. The final session focuses on developing uncertainty budgets and includes practical examples of uncertainty calculations.
