Course Description:
This course covers an introduction to and principles of liquid chromatography, including:
- Best practices of HPLC operation
- System suitability test requirements and adjustment for SST compliance
- HPLC troubleshooting
- General considerations and best practices.
This training includes a hands-on session where participants will perform HPLC testing and apply the allowable adjustment to meet the system suitability test requirements.
